- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups watercress, washed
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Throw out the thicker stalks of the watercress, and only use the finer stalks and the leaves.
- Cook all the ingredients together until the leaves are soft, then puree before serving.
