Sometimes you have to just accept that you live in 40 degree heat when your mind is telling you it should be snowing out… So if you live in Australia like me, or any other hot country at Christmas time, here’s an alternative in case you want to throw a Polar Express party, but cooking up nougat isn’t an option.
- 1 cup frozen almond milk
- ½ cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- splash of vanilla essence
- splash of almond extract
- 1-2 tbsp almond meal
- Freeze almond milk for 1 hour before using.
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender to combine.
