Ogden's Olde FireWhiskey recipe | Harry Potter
  • 250ml Canadian Club whiskey
  • 1-2 cinnamon sticks
  • ⅛ cup brown sugar
  1. Place the cinnamon sticks and the brown sugar into a clean bottle with the whiskey (a wide open mouth jar is easier).
  2. Close the lid and give it a shake.
  3. Sit it in a dark cupboard for about a week.
  4. Do a little taste test and adjust sugar if required. If you feel the flavour isn't strong enough, let sit for another few days and repeat testing.
  5. Strain all the ingredients and pour the flavoured whiskey into a dark sealed bottle.
This Fire Whiskey was inspired by the recipe on FirstWeFeast.com (Inspired by http://firstwefeast.com/drink/diy-fireball-whiskey-recipe-churckey-dc/) (although we left the chili oil, and adjusted measurements)
This bottle of 'Fire Whiskey' was a sample size/ sample run.
