Pumpkin Pie | Sleepy Hollow

Ingredients
  • 1 pie crust, unbaked
  • 1½ cups pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
  • ¾ cup cream
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tbs melted butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 450F/ 230C.
  2. Mix together all the ingredients and pour into the pie crust.
  3. Reduce heat to 325F/160C when you place the pie in the oven and bake for 50 minutes.
  4. A knife inserted into the middle of the pie will come out clean when finished.
