  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp buttermilk
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • 1 tbsp butter, room temperature
  1. Sift together the flour and baking soda, then stir and rub the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients.
  2. Spoon into an oiled cast iron pan and bake in a preheated oven of 160C for 20 minutes.
