Units Scale
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 3 dashes lemon juice
  • 45 ml gin
  • 1 ice cube
  • soda water


  1. Shake together the ice cube, powdered sugar, lemon juice and gin.
  2. Pour into an old fashioned/lowball glass.
  3. Top up with soda water and stir to mix well.
