Harry Potter Blog/Non Blog Hop Roundup
Daily Mayo serves us Chocolate Frogs, a must in the world of Harry Potter. After all, they’re one of the first magical foods he comes across on the Hogwarts Express. While these (hopefully!) won’t leap out the window on you, they make perfect treats for gift bags.
You can also find the Daily Mayo on Twitter (@dailymayo) and Facebook (Dailymayo).
You can just imagine Food adventures in fiction’s pumpkin caramel pot de creme being served in the Great Hall, along side the numerous decadent desserts Hogwarts offered their students.
(plus she has a giveaway going on for US residents- The Tales of Beedle the Bard, Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans, and an owl cookie cutter)
You can also find Food Adventures in Fiction on Twitter (@FictionFood), Facebook (FictionFood) and Pinterest.
Ron: “It’s no joke! I’m in love with her!”
Harry: “Alright, fine, you’re in love with her! Have you ever actually met her?”
Ron: “No. Can you introduce me?”
Poor Ron. After eating sweets filled with love potion by Romilda Vane, originally intended for Harry, Ron finds himself acting a little out of character. Fortunately this recipe for Beguiling Bubbles Love Potion by Cook Fiction is one you can serve anyone at your Harry Potter party.
You can also find Cook Fiction on Facebook (CookFictionOfficial), Twitter(@CookFiction) and Pinterest.
“Nibbles?” he [Peeves] said sweetly, offering them a bowl of peanuts covered in fungus.
“No thanks,” said Hermione.

The Brazen Duck is one of my blogger friends who attended my Harry Potter dinner party the other week. Quite frankly she outdid herself. Not only did she create and bring along three incredibly themed Harry Potter sweets (Spindle’s Lick’O’Rish, Fungus Covered Nuts and Chocolate and Ginger Truffle Snitches), she also jumped in and photographed my event for me!
You can also find her photography portfolio at DanikaZuks.com, or find her on Twitter.
Chi Garden brought to our Harry Potter dinner party, Harry’s favourite dessert, treacle tart. Harry would’ve been impressed!
You can also find her on Twitter(@Chisa) and Facebook(ChiGardenBlog).
And last but not least, Laura Moseley brought along Polyjuice Potion (aka gin and cucumber cocktail), that, while it didn’t make us change into someone different, did bring out a very happy side in all of us!
You can also find Laura on Twitter(@LauraMoseley82) or Instagram (@lauramoseley82).
