Want to know what this blog hop was all about? Below are the original details.
Harry Potter Blog/Non-blog Hop
Saturday September 20th (stragglers by a day is understandable 😉 )
How to participate
I wish I could’ve sent everyone a Hogwarts acceptance letter, but the reality is, my ‘Great Hall’ will only hold so many people… and the distance between Australia and the rest of the world makes it a little difficult too! But I really wanted us to have some fun together, and I thought a blog hop might be a great way to share all your ideas too!
The Guidelines & requirements
Cook or bake food that’s either inspired by or is mentioned in the Harry Potter books. Take a photo, write up the recipe and share! You don’t need to hold back the recipe till a particular date, but make sure you’ve linked back to this page and I have the link by Sept 20 2014 (email me with the subject: Harry Potter Blog/non-blog hop. Don’t stress, you don’t have to write a message, but pop in the link and hit send.)
Make sure it’s your own recipe. You can adapt/follow a recipe, but make sure you’ve written it in your own words.
Please include a link back to this Harry Potter Blog/Non-Blog Hop page so others can find the groups recipes. In return, I’ll share the photo on the site and a one liner with a link to your site on Sept 20 2014.
Just because you don’t have a blog doesn’t mean you can’t join in! There’s a few options for you.
Facebook. Post your photo and recipe with a link to the blog hop page, make sure that particular post is set to public, and send me the link. If you’re having problems, let me know.
Other sites such as Google Sites, Google Drive ( you can create a document). Any other suggestions, I’m willing to consider!
I’ll also share on social media, so let me know if you have a Twitter account, Instagram account or Facebook page (personal accounts currently can’t be linked, but you can tag yourself in the photo) so I can mention you!
Post needs to be posted between August 20 and Sept 20 2014.
