Perry Mason and the Case of the Moth-Eaten Mink; Lyonnaise Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp salted butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 3 cups diced cooked potatoes
Instructions
  1. Melt the butter in a frying pan and salute the onion, and parsley, sprinkling pepper on top.
  2. Once the onion is transparent, add the potatoes, and stirring constantly, cook until starting to turn golden in areas.
